L322 td6 2003 radiator drain plug

Hoped to drain my cooling system before winter. Had car for 6 months and don`t know when it was done last time. Only one problem. Top of drain plug is gone,broken. Tried a left- threaded tap to get it out,but it won`t. Is the pipe with four edges on radiator threaded on so i can screw it of or not? Thankful for some answers.

No, the drain port is welded to the rad.
