Right, so keeping it simple.

If any offers you £100 to fit a TD5 D2 water pump. Run away....run away fast.

One of those jobs that is just a PITA.

I did ours while that side of the engine was stripped down to replace exhaust manifold studs.
After many hours spent extracting a broken stud extractor & drill, the pump replacement was a doddle!
