TD5 tuning, intercooler etc...

hey guys, im in the process of planning out my very iminant tuning, but being an agricultural student my 90 is running on a budget so heres abit of a list if you could tell me where you know of cheap parts and just advice please help???

IGN air filters - do i need specifically the ign filters for the remap im after??

EGR blanking plates- theres many various blanking plates and kits what is it i actually need for my 90? prices vary from as little as £2.00 for a blanking plate or 45.00 for an alisport one?

de-cat pipe - where can i find the cheapest one?

intercooler- on td5 alives website i have priced them upto 520.00 but allisport who were on ebay had them a t 460.00 including p&p what do i need to specifically look for in an uprated full width intercooler?

centre box removal pipe i already have fitted.

and i already own a td5 alive boost pack for my turbo unfitted as yet.

and remaps!!! the key, i heard that 170hp - 180hp is easily acheiveable so cheap remaps that are worth while!?

Have you got a nanocom? and a post 2002 defender?

I can mail you a nice 170bhp file, but you'll need the bigger intercooler (so you can raise the boost a bit) and of course the boost box which you say you've already got.

I've currently got this setup in my 110 and it flies (although upgrading again soon)

for the de-cat pipe the best quality for value is to simply buy the front pipe from the early td5's as they didnt hav a cat.
