Td5 trailer keyfob

They do come up occasionally on ebay, but they aren't cheap. I've seen them go for between 70 and 90 quid.
There is a device which can be wired into the SLABS system which can achieve the same thing, it was designed by one of our members, David Pye.

That kit is good and if you insist to have a fob you can use a remote, something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-4CH-Cha...704fc90&pid=100005&rk=6&rkt=6&sd=172654861916 using two channels in "Jog" mode and wired instead or in parralel with the original toggle switch, this remote is good to wire one channel in parralel with the open command of the central locking dash switch too in case the fob and the key fails to open the door
 
I have a 2001 Discovery 2 TD5 auto, however when i purchased it, it had already been converted to coils. I did in however find a trailer fob in the ashtray!
looks like a ket fob but green with different buttons right? if not ignore this!

You might as well sell it unless you are thinking of going back to air springs. There is a section of the forum for selling bits.
