td5 remote keyfob

hi all i have a td5 discovery with a dickie remote i am looking at replacing it with one of fleabay but wondered what process is involved in getting it programed to the car?? many thanks in advance

Dickie in what way? are you sure it's not just needing a new battery?

one button works but the other one does nothing have tried another battery but still the same so now looking at new key fob

Make sure the replacement is new and comes with it's ID code this is a sticker with a bar code which will be required by whoever is programming the fob to your vehicles system with i.e. testbook programming PC
