Im stripping my TD5 down but I struggling to get the rear tub off. I seem to have got all of the fixings at the back off but I must be missing something at the front/seatbox end.

Anybody got a list of what to remove or a link to a video or just a few comments ! Anything would help

There are two angled brackets that bolt to the top of the large crossmember that runs below the rear bulkhead. They are a bast*rd to get to even with the floor out and I only discovered they were there when I removed my floor to have my rear crossmember welded. I had to fabricate some new ones as the old ones were rusted to buggery and I had to use a gas axe to heat them in order to get them out. Even orange hot they did not want to budge.
If I get a moment tomorrow I'll upload a photo of the offending items in situ as my floor is still waiting to be riveted back in.

ok cheers - think ive seen this bracket but god knows howim going to get it off - I cant get my tub floor out as the very reay of it is in bad condition & I can find the rivet heads

These are the offending brackets circled in red.
They are easy to see and get to with the floor out.
Good luck with the floor in.
