If you have air con then you may struggle to get the radiator out - I'm not sure it can be done without discharging the air con and removing the condenser matrix first.
Remove the intercooler complete with the radiator as it saves a lot of messing about.
If you're careful then the fan can stay in place but it takes seconds to remove and you dont risk damaging the new radiator core.
