Hi All. We've recently bought a 54 plate 110XS and it's been great for the last couple of thousand miles.
It's just recently started loosing power and running rough occasionally. I've read the threads about injector looms etc, but this fault seems to be curable by simply turning off the ignition and restarting the engine about 2 seconds later !
Is there a relay that can produce this condition ?
It's often fine (recently to 150 miles) after cold start then starts running rough.
It sometimes runs rough right from a cold start.
It never recovers from running rough other than by restarting it.
I've just done 50 miles running rough from cold start. Stopped and immediately restarted it and it's then been fine for the next 100!
There are no other indications of a fault - just rough running/power loss.
Anyone had a similar problem ?

if no oil present in red plug on ecu, get the fault codes read as it could de going into limp home mode

Sounds like oil in the injector loom. Turning the ignition off and then on again resets the ecu.
