TD5 NNN000120 ECU issues

Hello,

I have a Landrover TD5 ECU NNN000120 that will not trigger injectors after is got a bit wet!

I dryed it out and found 2 transistors (IRL 540n) they were burnt out, I replaced them and they blew again straight away.

Any ideas why or what to check?

Then you have a fault/short elsewhere. Or elsewwhere in the ECU.

If those transistors blew as soon as you connected the power then there’s something else in the ECU failed, most likely the voltage regulator or bias resistors.

It may be repairable by a specialist but sounds like you need a replacement
