EGR valve sticking

hi thanks for that but have taken egr valve off ,in last couple of days and still happens ?????

smoke is like unburnt fuel , havent checked pipes what should i look for , many thanks

Black smoke?

Get somebody else there to rev the engine. As the revs rise the pipes should expand as if they are being inflated like a balloon. If you cannot squeeze them together that is normal. If you can squeeze them or they suck inwards you have a blockage. Sometimes the inside of the pipe colapses and the outside looks normal. This is when the pipe delaminates. If the pipes aren't secure you may feel or hear escaping air type hissing as the pressure is being lost.

No probs.

Unburnt fuel is white. Over fueling is black. Lack of oxygen would mean that the mixture is too rich so in essence overfueling. It is most likely to be a problem with your air intake especially turbo hoses if the problem has only just come on after the removal kit was fitted.

Good luck
