hi there guys an gals i have a 99 td5 an have a bit of a problem
when i get to 50 mph the stearing wheel starts to shake as if the balancing is out but ive just had all that done including tracking
it seems to stop between 55 an 60 but then the whole truck starts to shake around the 70 mph mark any ideas
any help will be very much appreciated as i cant seem to find any think out of place or any movement around the wheels
many thanks terry

On a 200 and 300 series this was a classic symptom of the steering damper failing... worth a look ?

Cheap fix on a 200 or 300.

iv been told that poss prop/uj hub bearing gear box an even buckeld wheels so got a few things to look at in the morning

If it only shakes/vibrates "under load" then look at prop shaft. If you dip the clutch and coast and it still vibrates its something else (wheels/steering)

Easy place to start
