Anyone used a td5 intercooler on a 200/300tdi conversion.
I heard about some geyser using one so I got one off eblag.
Not sure if the rad will fit looks on the big side, like its meant to go accross the front where they are on td5's, but the 'cooler looks like it would go accross the front of the original series rad on a simple bracket.
I have a selction of bits now, original rad, 300tdi rad, td5 rad/intercooler.
Looks like I'm gonna have to get a 200 tdi rad/oil cooler, the 300tdi I have has the inlet/outlet on opposite sides for the water, a ballache as the water unions on the 300tdi engine are on the same side and the pipe would have to go accross the fron of the rad, of course where there is no room, the 200tdi as far as I know has the inlet/outlet on the same side.
