Disco 2 td5 fan pulley

while doing some work I took off the fan and belt and could not help but notice the fan pulley is not very smooth and possibly on the way out. which part would that be? and how difficult is it to replace? Also, I heard lots of horror stories with fans coming off and doing all sort of damage, how do I know mine is still ok?

Dont buy the bearing from LR or any site that sells by the LR part number. You will pay three times the price for the bearing. Use the part number from the bearing box, as seen image on the site, they can be bought for around £32, rather than £110
