Latest is when car immobilises, if I reach back and hold key up to the IR box and press unlock, immobiliser goes off and I can start the car.
70pc of the time, the m and s lights come on and car can drive but Is in limp home mode
If I lock and unlock a few times with the key reached back against the box again, they eventually go out
Any idea why that is?
Mot is due soon, would this be a fail or nothing to do with the mot?

How do I switch the immobiliser off altogether, by plugging a reader into it?
I read somewhere that can be done?

Passed MOT first of all yesterday, yeeha!
Secondly, very kind user on d2boysclub let me come round
We plugged nanocom in, set Alarm to "not installed" or whatever it said and low and behold, no immobiliser problems as I dont have an immobiliser now!!!
