2005 Defender 110 having to crank the engine for ages before it starts
I have just replaced the in-tank pump, and it did get better but only for a day
any ideas Guys? Thanks

Usually a sign that the injector seals are leaking. Assuming you have a good battery, TD5 does require a good battery to get it started.
Check for possible leaks else where in the fuel system that may allow air in but injectors seals are the usual suspect.

Good point, I have heard of this before, Battery is new and rather big
Thanks for the help, I will go ahead with that once I have taken a look what's involved.
