Disco 2 Td5 aux belt wont go back on

Hello,
I have recently replaced the water pump and power steering pump on my disco 2 obviously taking the the aux belt of to do so. Problem is i cant get the belt back on, i would really appreciate if anyone could give me some ideas to what I've done wrong.

The set up is non- ace without air-con, converted from ace previously. I've attached a photo of the belt.

Never had a problem taking one off or replacing it. I assume you are giving yourself plenty of slack by putting a spanner on the tensioner pulley and moving it well clear?

As Si says, make sure you are fully taking the tension off, and I put the belt on all the groved pullyes first then slip it over the top smooth pulley.

Only two, no problems either time.

Hi guys, thank you very much for your help just got it back on, slips on a dream when you route it right and remove all the tension lol!
