TD5 AUTO -vibration at 2250rpm

Hi, my 04 td5 auto has vibration / noise at around 2250 rpm,and seems to happen in any gear, and is just before auto box changes up a cog, although I have held it in 1 2 and 3 and it happens always at this revs, most annoying when driving at about 60 ish in top, feels like a misfire but think its more a transmission balance problem, anyone had this before? any help most appreciated.

Hi more bad news possibly,could be your drive plate cracking this is what your torque convertor bolts to also the ring gear for your starter motor, this is what normally cause these symptoms,tiga

Thanks a lot tiga, going back to dealers next week, tried to tell me they all do this, I knew it couldn't be true.
