Td5 90 exhaust

Just replaced the centre section on the exhaust, all fine, needed to replace the rear as well, how do you get the out??
Ended up cutting it up as it was destined for the bin anyway, but seems pretty fiddly and awkward to get out. Anything need removing to make it easier? Anti roll bar? Gotta fit new one as yet!
Any advice gratefully recieved!
