td5 2003 plastic grille

I have just changed one of the headlight bulbs on our td5. The plastic front grill is held in place with plastic screws and grommets. Although they are holding the grille in place the screws dont tighten. Are they not supposed to tighten or is there some trick to doing it?

Nope, not really 'tight' just sort of - if get wot I mean, LR just hits em in when it was built !!!

I bought a couple of new ones cos I fort they woz duff, and they (the new un's) wasn't any better.

Yer cud fit rivinuts and bolts if yer that bovvered !!!

They are holding it on, so I'll leave them as they are. I was just wondering if it was something I was missing.
