TD5 2001

Tried all relevent reasons as to why this would not start,used Hawkeye which only showed up Crank Sensor which has been replaced.
Have no power to fuel pump,volts ok as are all fuses and realays,any bright ideas.

Can you see the rpm on Hawkeye when the starter turns the engine? If so then looks like crank sensor may be fixed, if not may be a problem in the harness.
Recently I had a problem on my 2001 defender td5 when the fuel pump did not run and the heater plugs did not pull in.it was the main relay which had failed, put a new one in and immediately yellow light on the dash lit up and fuel pump kicked in.
