TD5 110 DCPU rebuild shopping list - costs?

LandyZone peeps,

I have a much loved 2001 TD5 110 DCPU with 150k on the clock, which i would like to refurbish and keep for the next few decades.

What sort of wedge am i looking at for the following;

Re-chassis (including suspension, bushes, brake lines etc).
Basic engine overhaul (re-furb turbo etc).
(G/box and t/box are less than 2k old so no need to change).
Sound proofing throughout cabin.
New doors x4.
Respray in alverston red.

I appreciate that it would be impossible to quote accurately without seeing the truck and assessing the requirement so looking for a 'ball park' figure to help with my planning.

From my experience I can tell you think of a number and double it. You'd probably be looking at minimum 6k for a new chassis and if you were going to do it all properly rather than a bodge

Im just doing a 90 at the moment and so far its £3k
thats with a new chassis rebuilt axles new bushes shocks

thats just the chassis without the engine fitted etc
so i dred to think how much more

you need to look into it with your eyes wide open
replacement bolts etc all the little bits add up

i was expecting it to be close to 10k.

planning on paying for chassis and re-spray if i can find suitable place. Liveridge are not too far away from me.

i can do the interior myself and any accessories.

Not sure what to do about engine. All running fine now but to make it reliable for the future i would like a bit of a recon.
