Sorry about another not start thread! :(
Read a lot of these but cant really find one like mine.

Just got a 2003 TD4 that wont start on key without starting gas. It doesn't matter if engine is cold och warm, same problem. When i roll/tow the car it starts fine.
The engine is running fine when it starts, no problems when idle or power loss. Some times it can die when you release the throttle fast.
All injectors measures the same about 0,6Ohm
Fuel pump replaced about a year ago. also tested the fuel regulator at the same time and it was fine then.
Tested Diesel injector cleaner

See that some threads is talking about a o-ring on the fuel regulator
https://www.britishparts.co.uk/products/6466-fuel-pressure-regulator-o-ring-MYX000040G
Or a kit
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-X5-3-...wqu9U3zfY&clk_rvr_id=1151885435748&rmvSB=true

and other threads about MAF and sensors, but the car doesnt have any faultcodes, tested with AutoCom
Does anyone have a "blow up sketch" where these gaskets and o-rings are placed?

Hope you all can understand! :)

Can someone who has done or knows how to replace the regulator O Ring post a thread in the Technical Archive? Its coming up all the time!

It is documented in Rave, I've captured the relevant info bits below. Is what Rave says practical advice for changing the seals?

The O-rings fitted!
Picture of the fuel regulator
2 of them was broken on my car.
Also when you do this!
The starter motor must be taken down, it wont go up, its to big for that.
The inlet, clean it! Mine was full of soot.
EGR valve was already cleaned on my car, but check it at the same time!
