Looks like its diesel but coming from the cam cover where the injector goes into the head, is this possible, he's a pic of where its puddling up.
Starting to hate this car![]()
What's happened to Irish? Got drunk and burnt it?
:behindsofa:
As Datatek says, there should be an M6 nut on the pillar bolt.
Are the nuts tight ?-should be 10 Nm.
There is an "O" ring on the shank of the injector, could be that if it's not seating and clamped correctly, that fuel is finding it's way up the injector body due to compression pressure. If the leak off fitting and the feedpipe are not leaking-it's the only possibility other than the top part of the injector body leaking where it screws on to the injector stem-this is unlikely though.
If you decide to pull the injector(s) out it would be a "Must" to change the "O" rings and copper seating washers.
If it's a TD4, here are the part nos.
"O" ring- MYX 00060
Copper sealing washer-MYF 100840L
Injector clamp nut-MHY 100210
Good Luck![]()
