TD4 rear spare wheel carrier removal

Hi
On Christmas evening some idiot broke off my rear wiper blade and all. I don't know why but they did. Anyway I have bought a replacement wiper and would like to know how I remove the carrier to get access to the wiper. also I note some of the bolts are star type. what size are these as I'll have to buy the right size of bit. I hope you can help? Calvtd4

In answer to your question though, first buy this 40pc Hex Star Spline Torx Bit Socket Set 1/2" 3/8" Drive + Case | eBay then remove the rear door card and all will be revealed.

Should take you about an hour, would take me 15 minutes including removing the spare having a cuppa and a fag break.
