Hi
Seems to be lots of poor cold starting TD4's here, but how about poor warm starting ?
Mine is OK at cold starts. Glow Plugs show for a few secs, turn the key, usually about 3-4 cranks and boom, no problem.
However, I note the opposite on a warm start. Lots of cranking and a limp start up, sometimes I have to try more than once.
Now, I've looked at the threads relating to Injectors and this seems a good place to start, but would that be the cause of poor warm starts ?
If it helps I get VERY good MPG and wondered if it might be a fuel pump problem. Perhaps too little fuel when warm ?? Just a guess
