Freelander 1 td4 injector 0445110048

Hi, any idea what could be the difference between 0445110048 and 0445110049 in pn for td4 injectors?
Online I could not find anything. The ones on my car have 0445110049 engraved but I am not very sure they are there since birth.
Found a sweet deal for 4x brand new ones but they have pn 0445110048. That last digit puzzles me.

The one ended in 48 is for a BMW x5 whereas 49 is for our Freelander TD4 the 0445110030 is for the R40 I have know the R40 ones to have been used in the Freelander, but not sure about the 0445110048 someone may have fitted and let us know.

Seller advertises as stc4555 so worth a shot. Thanks
