On the Bleed Nipple and the Locknut attached to the pipe. Should the Locknut by design be able to rotate or should it be static/Solidly locked against the pipe . (I know i need to keep it static with a spanner when bleeding) The reason behind the question is if the locknut should not rotate around the pipe, is it buggered and therefore leaking clutch oil?
Any help would be grateful. I think its the master cylinder leaking so will have to I believe replace that but am just wondering about the other end. The slave cylinder is brand new by the way as I had it replaced when the engine was out.
Thanks in advance
