td4 boost pressure

Hi all just wondered does anyone know what the boost pressure should be on a td4 i have had a meter on it it's about 0.9 -1bar dont know if this is enough also is it poss to adjust on these cant seem to see a wastegate but could be going blind ha! ha!

there's no wastegate, it has a variable nozzle turbo which is controlled by the ecu, the only way to get more boost is to chip the ecu
