TD$ Sport will not start

Hi, I need some help please.

My TD4 2.0 Diesel 2006 will not start after being parked for 2 days. When I first tried it, it gave a clicking noise (battery is ok) and the warning lights for MIL,HDC,ABS and TC stayed on amber. Also the handbrake warning indicator stayed on for about 20 seconds before going out even when the handbrake was released. Now it will not even make a clicking noise when I turn the key and the SRS light flashes red together with a red dot above the ABS warning light but no other warning lights come on.

It has been raining heavily for the past 2 days if that is anything that needs to be taken into account. I am not very technical so any advice aimed at a non techy would be great.

Id say the battery is knackered
it may have enough juice in it to light up the dash, but not enough to turn the engine

Def the battery....cells can just 'die' very quickly...fine one minute/goosed the next...
