tapping noise from engine

hi everyone ! does anyone know what would cause my v8 to tap like mad when hot ? it sounds fine before it gets warm !!!

welcome tp lz, i take it your tap is from the top?

when was last oil change. last engine flush oil filter..

thx for the reply ! had engine flush and new oil yesterday but after running it for about 15 mins the tapping starts again? when driving if i put my foot down the noise stops but as soon as i let off it starts again?

Worn tappets and camshaft/s
Very common.
