Tailgate not opening on discovery 3

Hi, hope someone can help, I opened the tailgate on the Discovery & put my shopping in & closed it, when I arrived home it won't open & I can't even hear the lock release activating on it!! We're supposed to be going on holiday at 6am tomorrow!

Check the fuses first but we've had the motor go on ours and had to pull the tailgate apart and change it to get it open

Thanks, also we were told to push both Lock & Unlock buttons inside say the same time & it should release it, so we've tried it & it worked. Holiday back on track, & we will check the fuse out thanks
