Tail gate and electric window fault.

Good Morning,

Just joined the forum for some info on a fault that I discovered on Saturday.

The tail gate and electric window are not opening. They were both working fine last week.

The rest of the central locking is working ok, albeit with the key as the fob is kerrput!

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the fault is and likely costs the repair?

Do a search on here. The subject crops up on a regular basis so there is lots of info about the various faults. BTW welcome to the forum.

try puting you key in the back door and turn it and it should lower the window also it will wind it up if no go then window winding sytem has gone and the door will not open you need to take the door card off and have a look
