Swivel housing.

Obviously the front axle, in this case the offside swivel. Are the 4 threads in the bottom of the swivel housing bolts or are the studs tapped into the casing?
I got one thread that seems to keep spining and is coming out, but I can't pull it out. So has the threads stripped, is a bolt with a spline or what
