Swivel bearings

Hi guys,
When changing the front wheel bearing on my 97 Disco, I discovered that the play in the wheel was partly down to the swivel bearings. Has anyone any experience of adjusting these?. Is it an easy job?. I seem to remember reading that you need to change the ABS sensor bush. Any help would be great.

Easy job. Just throw a couple of the shims away and Bob's your aunt. Oh, best to keep the unused shims for when you have to replace the bearings cos you will need them then.
