swivel axles

Hi, i've got a 2003 td5 defender with TC and ABS. Its low mileage but i've just noticed that LH swivel is rusty and recently "clicking" when going around uphill bends. Any ideas?

wheel bearing and if the swivel isn't too bad then one shot grease
