swapping the freelander

hi guys,
ive owned various freelanders and 90s in the past but now considering a 53plate TD5 auto discovery,
are they any good or should I go for the manual?
anything I should look for other than the usual on my test drive tomorrow?

I like my auto disco - search on here for tips on what to look for. I think it's more electrics with the TD5 than the rust on D1s. Don't forget the extra gear stick in a disco

I'll be testing the hi low :0). actually I will kinda miss stalling up steep hills in the Freelander! lol
