Hi everyone.

Have Disco series 2 with SLS. Recently replaced both rear air bags (Via Paddocks) suspension going down overnight mainly on O/S. Cannot find any air leaks anywhere. Sugestions please.

Had wondered about height sensor but wasn't sure, previously had 300tdi Disco which was a dam site easier to work on and far less problem. :blabla:Must admit though untill problems with SLS far more comfortable ride, especialy when towing. Will try new sensor then make a start on leeking sun roofs. Good old Land Rovers eh. Never a dull moment
 
know what you mean, my front sunroof decided to pack up today, so weather permitting tomorrow i'll have a look,

Ichanged my airbags the other week, luckly of work that week so as all the air was out of the system, I did it then,

a mate said change it to coils but I belive there can be issues witht the insurance as it's a 7 seater. plus i like the ride:D:D

Have heard the same regarding changing to coil spring , and as mine is a seven seater would rather not. Also heard that handling is affected and as my old 300 TDI roled around in corners a lot more than this one would rather leave it as is. Hope you just have problem with one sunroof as both mine are leeking. Have sought price for new seals which apparently come with the frame as they are all one unit. Only seem to be obtainable from main dealer and have been quoted £260.00 plus very awfull for each one. Ouch!! will see what I can do with them before parting with that amount money.:doh:
 
My rear one leaked last year my mate just got some proper auto glass sealeant and ran it around the frame seems to have done the job.

the front one push the button and nothing, if I can't get it going it will just stay like it till got the spare cash:):)

got the aircon if i need a breeze :D:D:D

Think i'm not supposed to have sunroofs all the cars that i've had the bloody sunroof never worked

ther's a link on here how to strip down and fix i did it and mine works now a hour of your time bit of sand paper.

gotta getdown the post office tomorrow firts thing to part with some cash then i'll have a look at the sunroof

becarefull i stripped the motor right down full of water and rust but i broke the spring washer that holds the magnet things in motor!!cant remember right name doh!! put it back together and still working happy days.
