suspension lift

evening all, newbie here with a first post oooooo lol
ive got a 99 td5 disco and i want to lift it up a bit, make it look a bit more mean, has anyone else fitted a lift kit? whats hte best one available, im on a budget so nothin at millions of pounds lol

also, where can i get a set of the plastic wheel arch extensions? seen a few about and quite liked hte look of them and mines doesnt have it

have yer got wide wheels and tyres to fill the arches?? theres a few hundred to yer bill.
