Currently running a 2007 4.2 Supercharged Rangie and apart from a predisposition to vast quantities of unleaded, an oil leak I can't find and it munching through a gearbox I absolutely love it. I've currently got a yellow engine management light on and I've had the code read and it reads thus:- P0137-00 Intermittent Heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor- circuit low voltage (bank 1, sensor 2)
My friendly garage chap reset the fault but it will appear again after a short while, the car runs great but I will need to get it fixed. Can anyone tell me what I need to order and which sensor it is, unfortunately my old copy of RAVE doesn't cover my model.
I have looked online and can see Lambda sensors for the 4.2 but not the supercharged version, further investigation tells me the front and rear sensors are different, If anyone out there can help I'd be grateful.

I would like some kind of cheap diagnostic reader. I've got an all comms from my last Rangie (2003 TD6) which I'm assuming won't work as the electronics are incompatible. I've seen the icarsoft unit widely advertised, has anyone any feedback on this or am I just wasting my money.

Many Thanks

In the Range Rover....only the 4.2 Supercharged was fitted along side the 4.4 version of the AJV8.....So I would assume if you are looking at LR parts and it lists the 4.2 - it is referencing the Supercharged engine.

Sensor 2 is usually the downstream - after the CAT - sensor, Bank 1 is commonly the one with the oil filler cap on (and also most commonly the drivers side!) - Gooooooogle research on Jag forums about the AJ33S and/or the AL34S engines will detail which is which and where.
