As part of a bit of a tidy up, I think I'm going to remove the sunroof. It leaks, I've literally never used it in 13 years of ownership and I'd like to make the interior a little less damp and better insulated, along with new rooflinings.
I'm assuming 1.5mm NS4 is about right? I'll make a recessed panel so it sits flush with the roof rather than being slightly proud. Closed head rivets and sikaflex adhesive/sealant to goo it all together.
Are there any other curlies I should be aware of?
