P38A sunroof now not working

Hi all,after a 2 yer break I'm back in a lovely 2002 4.6 vogue, lpg and all the toys. up till yesterday everything worked (even the heated seats). Now last week the battery finally gave up the ghost, according to the sticker, it had been on since 2004 so invested £93 in a nice new one.
On fitting, hd all the dash messages (windows, not set, radio code, sunroof not set etc.). got out the handbook and did all this with no probs & everything working again. Yesterday the sunroof stoped working, no nose from motor when I press the switch, checked all the fuses, removed & re-fitted battery again but when I press the switch for the sunroof I don't get "sunroof not set" - is it the BECM???

I'd be thinking switches and connectors before I started looking at the BECM.

Maybe the anti trap unit in the motor.

good shout on the motor, assume it's behind the interior light unit, next thing to check this weekend - at least it's closed
