Sump Bolt - missing?

Pretty straight forward job. Crank pulley off, clean up, oil seal out, oil seal in crank pulley back on. Few belts and things to play with but nothing hard about it.
 
I'd tackle it myself but the car sits on a slight slope on a main street. Difficult working in it at the best of times :/

found another garage that will do it though, just need to get the seal myself :)
 
mine leaks but i think its from the top somewhere doesnt use much oil but its annoying going to strip the top end down at some stage when l get time as regards the bolt had a look at mine cant see it the hole looks for something to bolt there its a blind thread i think stick a screw driver in and see how far it goes. plug it with some sealant,

If it's covered by the gasket there is no need to seal it.
