subwoofer

okay - i bought a range rover subwoofer grey plastic box wotsit

its got a bit at the bottom for my cd chnager to go into

ive got a 4.0 se

- behind the left rear panel will i find a plug already there to plug it into?

do i need owt else?

will it work?


- its the normal one i think not the harmon one

Your head unit must support the sub-woofer, must be the 'Diversity' one, can assume it is if the wiring is there.

Does the plug on the vehicle go into the plug on the sub-woofer? If so you're in business, if not the wiring will have to be bridged, there are only 5 wires I believe power, earth, switch and + and - for the sub-woofer. These go into the amp on the top of the sub-woofer.

I'll be doing the same myself when I get round to it one day...
