Hi, did your welder put the wheels back on in the same corner he took them off? I.E. N/S/F back on N/S/F ect. If not it could be out of balance.

Someone else mentioned that. But why should that be the case? Wheels are balanced off the vehicle. Or is it something to do with wear?

Only thing I could have suggested next would be a cv or uj that was shifting off centre when on the brakes?

fit timken wheel brgs if last set has some play alllready they wont last long and they need to have no free play if your going to eliminate things till you get answer
