Strange EAS

Hi all,

Got an 02 4.6 vogue p38.

Every now and then the suspension takes an age to lift to ride height, like 30 minutes. Its done it maybe once a month for the past 4 months.
Apart from that it works perfect. Is itna case of it aint broke dont fix it? Or is something one its way out?

Mine's like that. I'm assuming it's ghosts in the machine until proved otherwise.

Go to "How to" section and follow the instructions for checking compressor output and condition of diaphragm valve.

Intermittent leak from airbags is also a possibility if they are old. The leaks open and close where they fold over underneath.

It'd have to be a serious leak from all four bags for the system to take 30 minutes to go up. Leak from tank NRV1 intermittent leak + weak compressor and maybe failing diaphragm valve. All need a coat of looking at.
