straight through silencer

Right chaps, my td5 has a straight through pipe fitted the drone gets annoying on the motorway,
Iv been toying with the idea of welding something like this in Jetex 2.5" silencer oval 115/190mm x 315mm long
Any ideas or suggestions??
Iv heard about alive tuning cherry bomb but i cant find any info online.
anyone got a link or know the price?

I had one like this on an Isuzu engine, it was near the end of the pipe and the only box in the system

Still sounded like a tractor

You need a muffler, straight through with wadding, something like a disco rear box will quiet it down a lot without restricting the flow

Yeah that's why in looking at jetex they have more volume and should actually do something.
It's got the little box above the back axle, it's not deafening just irritating.

My 200 is very quiet with just the rear disco box but different engine so no comparison really
