Storage in a 90

storage in a 90?

has anyone made their own storage chests and cupboards in a 90?
if so measurements and all of the fixings/material etc would be great!

i'm in the process of putting a bed in on the passenger side, which is coming along really nicely! and i already have a gun cabinet in there under it, which will act as storage!

but i want to put some chests/draws in on the drivers side,

just wondered if anyone had any ideas? i'm doing this on a strict budget!

Ah made a box that fits between the wheel arches out of some box section steel and some c.p tae cover the front and lid....







Plan on makin' another one with a drawer to take up the rest of the floor and use that as a base for me bed

haha! good effort mate, i'm well impressed with that! i'm not a profficient welder though! dont spose it hurts to try! and if not, i always got the bed, the most importnat thing, any other ideas welcomed!

i bought some pupose made chests from lruk.either 800mm or 900mm long they are contoured to fit the side shape of the section above the wheel arch,complete with hinged lid ..£45 plus postage...nice bit o kit

This is the storage we have in the back of our 90 . Just two sets of units from Mobile storage . Work great and been used alot in our trips around .






The best bit is they come out and fit in the 110 so use them in both cars

why not build something with wood if you are any good with wood? i am having a go at the mo, not great with wood but worth a try.
