Hi all, after getting my ECU back from the garage that sent it away i'm still getting the same problem with the car. He is telling me that it needs an earth putting in to the starter relay is this true?,or have any of you guys heard of this before?

thanks in advance

Possibly, if part of the immobiliser operation is to disable the earth connection to the starter relay, if that so then no relay operation or engine cranky unless the relay has its earth connection.

Thanks discool, I've been without car for nearly a month now and it's my daily and I've just started a new job. Bloody things doing my head in now!!!!!:confused:
