Ive just fitted a new to me Sony head unit to the disco ('95 ES 300tdi), it was an ebay bargain that came with an ISO wiring harness.
The 2 plugs on the harness have a number of empty holes when hooking up to the 2 plugs from behind the dash.
Switching the radio on Im getting no sound from either front door speakers, just from the A-piller tweaters and the speakers in the boot.
Im assuming I need a new harness, can anyone advise what the correct one is for my motor?

This one says its for a 95 disco, PC2-14-4, but the white plug looks wrong..

Have you checked that the radio fader setting isn't diverting all the sound to rear speakers??

Speaker conections are white green gray & purple with a matching coloured wire with a black stripe. so white & white/black Grey & Grey/black etc

Pretty sure it's not but shall double check, thanks.
2 wires per speaker means 12 wires, I dont think there are that many on the harness.
I need to look at it in more detail me's thinks, was a bit of a rush job whilst putting the dash back in.

For the standard 300 series there's only 8 wires at the ISO plug, that's if you have the 4 speaker system plus the tweeters on the A-pillar, which are 'tapped' off the front speaker supply.

The speaker wiring is altogether in the one connector, all the other stuff is in the other connector, 12v supplies in and out, lights, dash controls etc.

You can always re-adjust the pins in the ISO connector to match the input/outputs to suit and your link does show an incorrect plug all the pins in the disco connectors are flat.

The bass speaker in the boot door as it's own independent feeds, audio and the two 12v supplies for the amp.

here's the wiring, all looks in order?

I was wondering whether the head unit is at fault, but if the tweaters are working on the A-pillar then that suggests the front door speakers are being fed???
