steeringbox leak

hi can anyone advise me please i have a leak on defender steering box but not from the usual place the seals its on top of the box.ill do my best to describe its from the top of the box which is held on with 4 bolts and has the ajuster and bleed nipple on it. its coming from where the top plate meets the box .what i need to know before i touch it is if it has a rubber seal or a gasket on it and if i take the top off to fix this is there any springs that can jump out of place or is it a stright forward bolt of replace seal or gasket any help would be great regards paul

it has a rubber square section ring ,but you need to reset adjuster after remove/refitting

stc2847 is seal kit ,dont think there available seperate
